My career story highlights my ability to learn fast, establish connections, deliver quality work, and benefit from crucial support from both peers and supervisors. Taking initiative and having career sponsors not only helped me secure a Web Developer III role right after college but also accelerated my progression into roles like User Experience Developer and, ultimately, User Experience Manager.
I draw motivation from seeing the potential impact I can make to improve the quality of life for others through excellent design and usability. Design has the power to cut someone's workload in half, prevent someone from making a mistake, help someone trust an organization, and much more! I enjoy learning about people's needs and using that information to inform design decisions. This motivation helps me do whatever it takes to get the work done and advocate for others.
